Christopher Davis

He earned his Bachelor of Music with a concentration in piano pedagogy from Crane while studying under Dr. Paul Wyse and Dr. Sonia Wheaton Dudley. Christopher also participated in the Académie Orford Musique Festival. Davis has performed in several Crane piano area recitals, and has participated in a masterclasses with David Jalbert, Carolyn True, and Jimmy Brière.  He has performed as a member of the Crane Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Crane Opera Orchestra and some piano trios. He has worked as a rehearsal pianist for the Crane Opera Ensemble. Christopher won Second Place at the Crane Concerto Competition in 2017 with the first movement of the Grieg Piano Concerto. He later performed this concerto with the Crane Symphony Orchestra in March 2018.
